By accessing or using Askivo, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Askivo provides AI-powered knowledge assistant and messaging workflow services, including:
- AI assistants
- Knowledge retrieval systems
- Website widgets
- Messaging integrations
- WhatsApp Business integrations
- AI-assisted response generation
- Analytics and workflow tools
Services may evolve over time.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be legally capable of entering agreements
- Use Askivo in compliance with applicable laws
- Provide accurate account information
Organizations are responsible for activities performed under their accounts.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Uploaded content
- User activity within your workspace
- Compliance with laws and regulations
- Obtaining proper customer consent
- Maintaining account security
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform
- Send spam or unlawful communications
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious content
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Use Askivo for harmful or deceptive purposes
4. AI-Generated Content
Askivo may generate AI-assisted responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI responses may contain inaccuracies
- Outputs should be reviewed before reliance
- Askivo does not guarantee correctness or completeness
Askivo is provided as an assistive technology platform.
5. WhatsApp & Third-Party Integrations
Use of WhatsApp Business Platform and other integrations is subject to:
- Meta policies
- Third-party provider terms
- Applicable messaging regulations
Users are responsible for:
- Obtaining recipient consent
- Lawful messaging practices
- Approved template usage where required
Askivo is not responsible for:
- Account bans
- Meta enforcement actions
- Third-party outages
- Template approval decisions
6. Intellectual Property
Askivo retains ownership of:
- Platform software
- Branding
- Designs
- Infrastructure
- Proprietary systems
Users retain ownership of uploaded content and data. Users grant Askivo limited rights necessary to:
- Process data
- Provide Services
- Operate AI retrieval systems
7. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans may include:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
- Usage-based fees
- Add-ons
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
8. Beta Features
Certain features may be marked as beta, preview, or experimental. These features may:
- Change without notice
- Contain errors
- Have limited support
Use at your own discretion.
9. Availability & Support
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific uptime levels unless separately agreed.
Support levels may vary by plan.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Misuse or abuse is detected
- Required by law
- Continued access creates operational or legal risk
Users may terminate use at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Askivo shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits
- Reliance on AI-generated outputs
- Third-party platform actions
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to Askivo during the preceding 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Askivo from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Uploaded content
- Unlawful communications
- Violation of laws or third-party rights
13. Privacy
Use of Askivo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia unless otherwise required by applicable law.
